Much to my dismay, I just read that starting at age 25, people lose muscle mass at the rate of half a pound per year! Why doesn't anybody tell you these things?!!
Because I am fast to adapt (and clearly, this is sort of an emergency), I designed a sort of reverse crunch-sit-up-related push-up just now that I did until my abs quivered (about 3 times).
Stay right there, new muscle mass! You hear me, missy?!!
