speaking volumes

After a while of living in a new place, I usually become acquainted with the grocery store cashiers and baggers. We don't know each other by name, but there's a certain recognition and a very loose relationship there.
So far, this hasn't happened in the new town.
Instead, we get that recognition at the hardware store.

I can identify! When we're working on a project, Menards sends out a search party if we aren't there AT LEAST once a day. We haven't been there for 2 weeks now! I'll bet their stocks have dropped.

When your kitchen becomes functional, you'll become a regular at the grocery store.
